provides real estate brokerage, listing, and related services. This Privacy
Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we
use and share it, and the choices and rights available to California residents
under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy
Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"), and the California Online Privacy
Protection Act ("CalOPPA"). By using the Site, you agree to the
practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following
categories of personal information when you visit the Site, request information
about a property, register for an account, contact an agent, sign up for
alerts, or otherwise interact with us:
●
Identifiers:
name, mailing address, email address, telephone and mobile phone number, IP
address, and online account credentials.
●
Property
and transaction information: addresses of interest, search criteria, saved
listings, offers, financing status, and communications with agents or lenders.
●
Commercial
information: records of properties viewed, saved, or inquired about, and
services requested.
●
Internet
or other electronic network activity: browsing behavior on the Site, pages
viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with emails or texts.
●
Geolocation
data: general location derived from IP address or, with your permission, device
location, to show nearby listings.
●
Audio,
visual, or similar information: photos, video, or messages you voluntarily
submit (e.g., through a contact form or virtual tour request).
●
Professional
or employment-related information, and financial information, if voluntarily
provided in connection with a pre-qualification or transaction inquiry.
We collect this information directly
from you, automatically through your use of the Site (cookies and similar
technologies), from public records and multiple listing services (MLS), and
from real estate industry service providers such as mortgage, title, and escrow
partners you choose to connect with.
2. How We Use Your
Information
We use personal information to:
respond to inquiries and schedule showings; provide property listings, alerts,
and market updates you request; process and support real estate transactions;
communicate with you about your account or requests, including by call, email,
or text message; improve and secure the Site; comply with legal, regulatory,
and MLS obligations; and, where you have opted in, send marketing
communications about our listings and services.
3. We Do Not Sell or Share
Your Personal Information
The Pendragon Group, Inc. dba TR
Realty does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and does
not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral
advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We do not disclose your
personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own independent
marketing or promotional purposes without your consent. If this practice
changes, we will update this Policy and provide the notices and opt-out
mechanisms required by law.
4. Mobile Information and
Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone
number to us, we use it only to communicate with you about your inquiry,
showings, listing alerts, and related real estate services you have requested,
and, where you provide separate consent, for account or appointment notifications
by text message. No mobile information will be shared with third
parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other
categories of information collected via text messaging consent, including
opt-in consent or the fact of consent, will not be shared with any third
parties for any purpose. Standard message and data rates may apply, and you may
reply STOP at any time to opt out of text communications.
5. Categories of Third
Parties We Disclose Information To
We may disclose personal information
to the following categories of recipients for the business purposes described
in this Policy, and not for their independent marketing use:
●
Multiple
listing services (MLS) and real estate data syndication platforms, as required
to list and market properties.
●
Affiliated
or referred service providers you ask us to connect you with, such as lenders,
title and escrow companies, home inspectors, and moving services.
●
Service
providers who host, maintain, or support the Site, our CRM, email/text
platforms, and transaction management tools, under contracts limiting their use
of your information to providing services to us.
●
Government
agencies, regulators, or other parties as required by law, court order, or to
protect our legal rights.
●
A
successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business
assets.
6. Cookies and Online
Tracking
The Site uses cookies, pixels, and
similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze
traffic, and, where enabled, measure the performance of our advertising. You
can control cookies through your browser settings. Because we do not share
information for cross-context behavioral advertising, no "Do Not Sell or
Share My Personal Information" opt-out link is required; if that changes,
we will post one here and on our homepage.
7. Your California Privacy

what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold or
shared about you in the preceding 12 months.
●
Delete
personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
●
Opt out
of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not currently engage
in either practice, as described in Section 3).

Limit
the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes permitted
by law.
●
Not be
discriminated or retaliated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights,
contact us using the information in Section 11. We will verify your request
using information you provide and, if applicable, information already on file,
before responding. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on
your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authority and, in some cases,
that you verify your own identity directly with us.
8. Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83
permits California residents to request certain information about our
disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing
purposes in the preceding calendar year. As stated above, we do not disclose
personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes;
if you have questions, contact us using the information in Section 11.
9. Data Retention and
Security
We retain personal information for as
long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, support real
estate transactions, and comply with legal, MLS, and licensing recordkeeping
requirements. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards
designed to protect personal information; however, no method of transmission or
storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
